Before I started trying out healthy meals, I always had a perception that healthy cooking equals tasteless meals, like you just had to manage and struggle through enjoying the meal, fast forward to a conversation I had with a friend who said she had tried not cooking with MSGs in her meals, but has not been able to achieve it with fried rice, so I reached out to Boma and she said she had a recipe, so I was excited about receiving it and I followed it step by step and men, you know what party rice is, that’s how that jollof rice tuned out, my neighbor even said anytime she has to cook jollof rice in her house I have to do it, so it tasted really good and nothing short of delicious.
